TALLY WEiJL | Basel, Switzerland
We're here to make you feel sexy, empowered & UNSTOPPABLE. Founded in 1984, TALLY WEiJL has been on a crazy journey to celebrate fashion, independence, fun, love, & community for close to 40 years. Today we’re present in 35 markets with about 400 stores, online presence, and 3m+ fans across social channels.
Your next obsession? Bringing creativity and organisation together.
You follow fashion instinctively, understand the visual language of Gen Z and love turning ideas into beautifully presented stories. You’re also the person who keeps files organised, spots the missing detail and makes sure deadlines don’t slip.
Sound familiar? We want to meet you.
We’re looking for a recent graduate to join our Basel HQ as an Assistant / Social & Production Support Intern. You’ll support our team with presentations, everyday coordination and photoshoot production, gaining practical experience behind the scenes of an international fashion brand.
What you’ll do
Create impactful presentations: Prepare and format reports, presentations and pitch decks, following briefs and brand guidelines to make information clear and visually engaging.
Keep documents and data organised: Maintain structured digital archives and accurately enter and update data in Excel on a weekly basis.
Keep projects moving: Track calendars, monitor project deadlines and follow up with timely reminders so the team stays on schedule.
Support photoshoots and production: Help coordinate materials, logistics and practical preparations before shoots, and provide hands-on assistance on set.
What you bring
A recently completed degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion Communication, Business or a related field.
A strong interest in fashion, current trends and emerging aesthetics.
A deep understanding of Gen Z culture, social platforms, visual references and emerging digital formats.
The ability to create polished, visually compelling presentations quickly and accurately.
Confidence working with Excel, presentation tools and digital files.
Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and a reliable approach to deadlines and data accuracy.
A proactive, collaborative attitude and a willingness to help with practical tasks, including on set.
English that lets you collaborate comfortably with our international team.
Familiarity with generative AI tools and their creative applications is a big plus.
What’s in it for you?
An opportunity to gain hands-on experience within an international fashion team, combining creative work with project coordination and production support. You’ll see how ideas become presentations, how shoots come together and how attention to detail keeps everything moving.
Would you like to become a part of our fashion story and an enthusiastic member of our TALLY Family? Then share your individual talent with us and send us your application! Or contact directly our Internal Recruiter at
