Represent business needs in transformation initiatives, ensuring clear articulation and prioritization of requirements
Partner with IT, supply chain, logistics, and commercial teams to enable seamless end-to-end process integration
Support business-led testing, training, and change management activities
Track post-implementation performance and lead continuous improvement efforts

Experience in supply chain, inventory management, order fulfillment, or commercial operations
Good understanding of omni-channel business models and shared inventory strategies
Experience in demand/supply planning, inventory allocation, and customer fulfillment processes
Ability to participate in cross-functional workshops and align diverse stakeholders around common goals
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience working in or with transformation programs or large-scale system implementations
Experience in consumer goods, retail, or e-commerce industries
Fluent in English (spoken and written), additional languages are an asset
