CONTRACT: full time

START DATE: November 2026, for 12 months, 6 months minimum.

POSITION SCOPE:

Support the Ralph Lauren EMEA Studio, Advertising & Production team, in receiving, briefing, producing and delivering CAMPAIGNS.

Work with freelancers and agencies to deliver on all briefs in a timely manner.

Day-to-day

Oversee and produce assets for all kind of campaigns (evites, invitations, menus, videos, in store POS, …)
Brief and liaise with agencies
Prioritise and manage projects and deadlines
Day-to-day meetings with all EMEA Marketing teams
RL Competiton analysis

System administration

Seasonal support

KEY REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:

Strong organisational skills
Autonomous & multi-tasking
Positive, dynamic approach
Creative mind
Flexible – ability to pivot quickly if deadlines / priorities change
Strong IT skills: Excel and PowerPoint, understanding of the Adobe creative suite (InDesign, Photoshop).
Fluent spoken and written English is mandatory – additional EU language is a plus.
Ability to work under pressure and to a tight schedule
Strong interest in the Fashion world, latest trends.

An internship agreement is MANDATORY for this position.
